Preparing for your first visit
Virtual appointments
Appointments will be done through a secure videoconferencing tool. You won't have to download any apps nor preregister to use this. Details about how to connect will be e-mailed to you prior to your appointment.
What to expect for your initial consultation
Your initial consultation will be spaced over two sessions, each being 45 minutes long. The first visit will be primarily to gather information, and to make some initial recommendations. Your second visit will be scheduled a short time later, to finish the intake, see how the recommendations are working for you, and develop a more comprehensive management plan.
Payment options
We accept payment by debit, credit, or e-transfer.
Cancellation policy
We require a minimum 48 hours notice for cancellation, otherwise a missed appointment fee may apply before rebooking.
